The North Carolina Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is hosting a collaborative cocktail dinner you cannot miss! On Thursday, April 12th from 6:30 pm t0 9:00 pm at Whitaker & Atlantic in Raleigh, the philanthropic organization of professional female leaders in the food, beverage and hospitality industries, has organized this fundraiser to benefit the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and the NC Junior Chef Competition.
18 Seaboard has announced the debut of a new bar snacks menu effective April 6, 2018. Under the guidance of executive chef and owner Jason Smith, chef de cuisine Jake Wood created an inventive menu featuring ingredients from the Carolinas. Patrons are encouraged to sit at the 18 Seaboard bar to discover creative culinary and beverage pairings.
