I don’t usually share much about the opening of non-locally based outfits but given the response to my Instagram preview last night at RH Raleigh, The Gallery at North Hills, there’s a lot of curiosity around this new gemstone in the North Hills lineup.
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024, Raleigh really showed up and showed out for the preview event showcasing the new space. Part art haus, part retailer, part hospitality hot spot… this place certainly is all vibe.
According to a press release, the event was attended by guests including NBA basketball star Tyler Hansbrough, Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dundon, celebrity chef Vivian Howard. Guests enjoyed a DJ performance by Victorien of Paris and were treated to gourmet bites by HL Catering, fresh bellinis by Cipriani New York, Vesper and Champagne & Caviar Ice Bars, as well as Rumor Rosé and Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate on the Wine Terrace. The event benefited The North Carolina Museum of Art and World Central Kitchen’s Hurricane Helene Relief.
Trendsetters are going to love RH Raleigh for some time to come, I suspect, especially if the peek at the Charlotte location’s reservation lineup is any indicator. As of last night, no seats were available on OpenTable for Friday or Saturday of this week, with the first available reservations coming up for Sunday brunch. Assuming the menus are similar across all locations, Charlotte currently offers lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch options from $18 (crispy artichokes) to $58 (charred filet) with wines by the glass starting at $16 and rising to $35 for Roederer Champagne.
