The North Carolina Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is hosting a collaborative cocktail dinner you cannot miss! On Thursday, April 12th from 6:30 pm t0 9:00 pm at Whitaker & Atlantic in Raleigh, the philanthropic organization of professional female leaders in the food, beverage and hospitality industries, has organized this fundraiser to benefit the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and the NC Junior Chef Competition.
Sponsored by Got to be NC Agriculture, Whitaker & Atlantic and NC F&B Podcast, the events’ Raffle Prizes, Chefs and their delicacies, and entertainment for the night have been announced as follows:

SUSI GOTT, singer, dancer, and prize-winning fiddler and songwriter, is a veteran of
the Appalachian style, both musical and culinary. She has appeared in festivals and
theaters across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and South and Central America. Currently
based in Asheville, Susi directs a variety of culinary events including the Seasonal
School of Culinary Arts and the Appalachian Culinary Experience. She will be joined by
THE KITCHEN DUDES, bringing you toe-tapping musical appetizers.
STELLA is a Triangle-based, primarily a capella septet, that is passionate about
sharing the songs they love with communities they care about. The group’s inventive
arrangements range from spare to lavishly ornamented, as background voices dip, soar
and swirl in gorgeous harmonies that accent and fulfill each lead singer’s story line.
Members are Alison Jones, Betsy Levitas, Julie Mooney, Julie Woodmansee, Liz Wing,
Marya McNeish and Stacey Anderegg.
Tickets are $70 a person for one delicious dinner prepared by the Dames and two beverage tickets, or $80 a person for one dinner, two beverage tickets and one raffle ticket.
