Capital Club 16 hosts a super fun dinner tonight: 3-course cider dinner with Hawk Knob Appalachian Hard Cider and Mead.
Josh, one of the founders will be joining guests and telling stories of the history of cider in the Appalachian region. He grew up farming in a region of Appalachian that had not lost its cider making traditions with prohibition, so cider making was handed down generationally to him… he’s been making traditional Appalachian hard cider since he was twelve!
