Ensalada de Lechuga Manteco: Salad of Raleigh City Farm butter lettuce, local apples, red onion, Manchego, candied pecans, chili bread crumbs, tarragon and chive vinaigrette
Crème Caramel Flan: Rich, creamy vanilla custard, caramel sauce, pomegranate arils
Tarta de Santiago: Dense almond cake served with vanilla ice cream and candied almonds
Pan Tres Leche: Light sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk, fresh fruit, whipped cream
Plan to walk around Glenwood South and enjoy the neighborhood after enjoying the accompanying wine specials and Plates’ famous Sangria Dona Virginia. Plates’ regular brunch menu will also be available featuring their famous $2 Mimosa and $6 Bloody Mary specials, as well. Enjoy brunch or Spanish tapas from 11:00 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Renowned classical Spanish guitarist Alex Gordez will round out the Saturday experience with stunning Flamenco music. Doors open at 11:00 am, music begins at 12:30 pm.
