Plates Neighborhood Kitchen presents: An Irish Whiskey Dinner in Four Courses
Taking place Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 6:30 pm, this four-course dinner is $75 per person and all-inclusive.
Plates’ inaugural Irish whiskey tasting tinner will feature four delicious courses with five premium Irish whiskeys of varying ages and style, expertly paired by bar manager Justin Gallus and executive chef Chris Santucci.
Smoked apple and onion pork belly, apple melon butter, raw sunchoke, pepitas

Rabbit 3 ways (roulade, rillettes, pâté), pickled apple, cippolini onion, vanilla rabbit jus
Pairing: Green Spot
Eye of ribeye, caramel chestnut puree, fig and balsamic agridulce, crispy potato

Chocolate “Cigar”: smoked chocolate mousse inside a milk & dark chocolate shell, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate powder, caramelized cocoa nibs with sea salt, malted milk ice cream, Jameson foam (“smoke”)
